• Patrick is the third fastest man in history in the half-marathon with a time of 58:56.

• He won four major half-marathons in 2008.

• His fastest time in the 10K (6.21 miles) is 27:27. (That’s about 4:40 a mile.)

• Patrick loves tuna fish sandwiches.

• He is a member of the Kamba tribe in Kenya which is very well known for their great agricultural and wood carving skills.
